4 of 6 · Relationship15% of score

5 of 6 · Readiness15% of score
Could you write a strong application with what you have right now?
6 of 6 · Timing10% of score
How does the deadline sit against your team’s capacity?

Six factors, weighted

Mission fit carries the most weight (25%), then competitiveness (20%). Funding value, relationship and readiness are 15% each, and timing is 10%.

Two deal-breakers

If you don’t clearly meet eligibility, or you’d be bending your mission to chase the money, it’s a Skip. A high score elsewhere won’t save it.

Chase 70+ · Maybe 45–69 · Skip under 45

A Maybe isn’t a no. It means fix the weakest factor first, or park it for the next round.
